TO RESERVE A CHIHUAHUA PUPPY: Once you have decided you want one of my puppies I ask for conformation with a definite “yes” sent to my email. Please provide your name, address, and phone numbers (home and cell). This is used to get the airfare shipping and for the health certificate. Also include the name of the closest “International” airport.
There is a $300 deposit to hold a puppy that is priced below $1,000 and a $500 deposit for those priced above $1,000. The deposit will go towards the purchase of your puppy; however deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another puppy and are also non-refundable should you back out on the sale. Refunds of the deposit are only given if something happens to that puppy while it is in our care. I will mark the puppy “Pending Deposit” while waiting for the deposit, however if the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the puppy will be placed up for sale again. Please do not send a deposit before contacting me first; to make sure the puppy you are wanting is still available. Deposits do not hold a puppy for weeks to allow for payment plans. If you choose not to make final payment your deposit and all monies paid will be lost and the puppy will become available again. If a payment plan is accepted and agreed to by both parties, at no time will a deposit hold a puppy over 1 month. Also any puppy over 14 weeks will require additional shipping charges. Deposits are meant to hold a puppy in your name, with the balance on the puppy and shipping charges due 1 week after the deposit, unless other arrangements are made before the initial deposit between the buyer and seller.
Due to the increase of Airfare, shipping cost is now $300 for a puppy under 14 weeks
And $325 - $350 for a puppy over 14 weeks. The cost to ship outside of the U.S. into Canada will be slightly more, please call for the pricing. We do not ship outside the Continental U.S., other than into Canada (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you would rather have your puppy delivered (as a carry on) to the nearest airport this can be arranged but the cost is higher than shipping as live cargo. With the extremely small Chihuahuas either you can fly into Tulsa or Oklahoma City or we can fly into the closest Airport to you. With the extremely small ones it is safer for the Chi to be hand delivered from our hands to yours. Unless you live in a neighboring State it is quicker and less stressful to ship the puppy. Average airline times are from 3 hours to 10 hours and to put a puppy through a 12 -20 hour car ride can be more stressful for you and the puppy.
The shipping cost includes the transportation to and from the airport (1 ½ hour drive one way), an approved airline shipping crate, Vet Health Certificate, and rabies (if needed). In rare cases if a puppy should be held overnight by the airlines a $150 charge is added by the airline. Unless we agree before this charge will be your responsibility.
Absolutely no puppy will be shipped or available for pick up if “I” do not think it is ready.
Deposit payment may be made by a USPS Money Order, sent "Priority Mail"with the tracking number provided to me, (both parties can track when the deposit was sent and delivered at www.usps.com) . I can also take deposit payment at my PayPal Account at buieschis@yahoo.com . If you pay with PayPal add 3% to the total price.
The balance (final payment) is due 1 week after the deposit has been received. If the puppy is 12 weeks or older the total price should be sent unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

You may pay through my PayPal account (buieschis@yahoo.com), be sure if you choose this method of payment to add 3% to the Total. Once the money has been posted in my bank the puppy will be shipped. I will call or e-mail you to work out a day that is convenient for you to pick up. I prefer to use Continental Airlines as they have a “Pet Safe Program”. The cargo area is climate controlled and the puppies are not left unattended when unloaded from the plane. The puppies are put into a climate controlled van and taken to the cargo area to be picked up by you.
We DO NOT place our Chi's with those that raise and breed the Merle Factor inferior gene into the purebred line of Chihuahuas. We feel to chance blind or deaf puppies is unacceptable and once the merle is introduced into a Chihuahua line it is tainted for evermore. All of our Chi's are Merle Free.
